Actor and writer born in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I trained at The University of York, Drama Centre London and the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in Moscow.

I am an experienced Shakespearean actor, with roles including Pericles, Caliban, Hamlet, and Bottom, in productions that have toured extensively across the UK and Europe. Most recently, I toured the UK in Murder Trial Tonight.

In 2023, my first self-written solo show, Wildcat’s Last Waltz, premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. My debut short film, Gone To Seed, is currently in pre-production, and I am developing my first full-length book, How The Robin Flew.

I am an Associate Artist at Flute Theatre, led by Artistic Director Kelly Hunter. Flute Theatre creates Shakespeare productions for audiences where the need is greatest, including people on the autism spectrum and those displaced by war. My ongoing work with Flute Theatre is a deep source of pride and continues to reaffirm my belief in the transformative power of theatre.
